Women over 40 are changing the way the world defines aging. We empower those coming after us with the lessons we have learned. Turning 40 in April has allowed me the opportunity to look at my life in a way I never have before. I realize now that pursuing my need to take care of others, I have sacrificed my own growth. I see this pattern in so many women and thought that maybe, like me, they are seeking an awakening of their feminine spirit.
I believe women over 40 deserve to be celebrated. We are too experienced not to be heard and too beautiful not to be seen.
